The ODU computers are typically business class systems with standard components that are more reliable and easier for the ODU staff to troubleshoot and support.

A four year warranty and insurance against accidental damage. If your notebook stops working, or if you dump a cup of coffee into it, it's covered. We can try to save whatever hardware or data is salvageable, and replace the rest at no charge! We have spare parts for the ODU notebooks at our Technical Support Center desk. If something breaks, we can replace it very easily, often in a day. If it is something major that we cannot fix on the spot, we can remove your hard drive and put in our loaner to use while yours is being repaired. This means no downtime while you wait for repairs! Furthermore, if you have a notebook like every one else has - it's easy to share parts such as power supplies, batteries, CD-burners or anything else. |
If your notebook breaks it is 100% your responsibility to get it fixed. ODU does not provide loaner notebooks while yours is being repaired. While ODU is an authorized warranty repair center for Lenovo and Apple, we Remember that most warranties do not cover accidental damage. |
