Technology Desk and Podium Keys
For security purposes, all desks and podiums are kept locked when not in use. Instructors teaching in technology classrooms may pick up desk/podium keys from the Technical Support Center in Webb Center. Training is provided by the Center for Learning Technologies and is offered at the beginning of each semester.
Technology Classroom Door Keys
For security purposes, all technology classroom doors are kept locked. Access to technology classrooms is described in the table below. Your Department must request the CRSM or OC1 key by submitting a Facilities Management Request for Key form (available from the Facilities Management at 757.683.4269). The proximity cards (which are also your University ID) are obtained from the University Card Center. The faculty member must send a request to OCCS (occshelp@odu.edu) to activate the access to a technology classroom using the proximity cards.
