telephone or data service, should contact the Technical Support Center at
757.683.3192.
Students with telephone service issues in their student housing should
contact the Technical Support Center at 757.683.6103.
To order new service or changes to existing service please go to the Work
and Order Request page and login with your secure Lotus Notes user name and
internet password. If you have forgotten your password or if this is the
first time using the system contact the Technical Support Center at
757.683.3192.
The University prohibits employees from approving their own work orders.
All work orders must be approved one level above the order writer. If
approved, the order will be processed within 15 business days.
