Troubleshooting CCA
What if I can't Log into CCA?
If you click the CCA Icon on your task bar
and the window looks like the one below:
Check your Local Area Connection Properties:
- Click the Start Menu button and click on "network".
- Once the Network window is open click "Network and Sharing Center"

- When the Network and Sharing window is open, click "Manage Network Connections"

- Once the Network connections window is open right click on "Local Area Connection" and select properties.

- Once the properties window is open make sure Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) is unchecked.

- Now select TCP/IPv4, making sure it's highlighted and remains checked, and click properties.

- Under the "General" tab and "Alternate Configuration" tab, select "Obtain IP address Automatically", "Obtain DNS server Address automatically", and "Automatic Private IP address".

- Click "OK" and close the Local Area Connection properties. Wait about 2 minutes for the changes to take effect and try logging into CCA.
- If you are using McAfee or Norton Antivirus, disable the firewalls that come with these antivirus programs to allow CCA to access the Network.
