What if I can't Log into CCA?
If you click the CCA Icon on your task bar  and the window looks like the one below:

Check your Local Area Connection Properties:

  1. Click the Start Menu button and click on "network".
  2. Once the Network  window is open click "Network and Sharing Center"

  1. When the Network and Sharing window is open, click "Manage Network Connections"

  1. Once the Network connections window is open right click on "Local Area Connection" and select properties.

  1. Once the properties window is open make sure Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) is unchecked.

  1. Now select TCP/IPv4, making sure it's highlighted and remains checked, and click properties.

  1. Under the "General" tab and "Alternate Configuration" tab, select "Obtain IP address Automatically", "Obtain DNS server Address automatically", and "Automatic Private IP address".

  1. Click "OK" and close the Local Area Connection properties. Wait about 2 minutes for the changes to take effect and try logging into CCA.
  1. If you are using McAfee or Norton Antivirus, disable the firewalls that come with these antivirus programs to allow CCA to access the Network.
