Telephone Troubleshooting

I'm not getting a dial tone from my phone.
Check where you plugged in your RJ-11 cord. Make sure it's in the blue/black jack reading "T1-T-XXX" and not the red/pink jack reading "T1-D-XXX".

I'm in the right jack but I'm still not getting a dial tone.
Contact OCCS at 757 683 3192 so they can send a technician out to verify the problem.

None of my calls are going through.
All on-campus phones are required to dial 9 first to make any call.
