CCA installation (Mac)

  1. If you have an older version of CCA, you must uninstall it from your Mac.
  2. Open the Finder and type in the search bar, 'CCA'
  3. Drag 'CCA' under the Applications section and drop it in the trash can then empty your trash can.

  1. Now open Safari and you should be prompted to trust the Cisco System's certificate. Click 'Trust'.

  1. You will be forwarded to a network authentication page. Sign in with you Midas Login Name and password and click 'continue'.

  1. The next window will ask if you wish to download CCAAgent_MacOSX.tar, click download.

  1. Open the CCAAgent_MacOSX.tar file, once open you will see the CCA package file, double click it and it will proceed with the installation of the CCA Agent.
  2. Click 'Continue'

  1. Click 'Continue'

  1. Click 'Continue'

  1.  Click  'Upgrade'

  1.  Enter your Mac's password to install applications and click 'OK'

  1.  Click 'Close'

  1. Enter your Midas Login name and Password and click 'Login'
