Administrative Systems

SCT's Banner is used to support some of the University's main systems.

  • Student Information System
    Provides accessibility to student data such as courses and registrations, class schedules, student grades,  and financial aid information.
  • Financial Systems
    Provides informaito on accounts payable, accounts receivable, General Ledger, and so on.
  • Human Resource System
    Provides employment and payroll information.

Access
Controlled access to these systems is based on need. Faculty, staff and students needing to access Banner to check personal information such as address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, registration, grades, etc. do so through Leo Online. Students get access to when they apply to the university and staff get access once they are hired.

Access requires your SSN or UIN (University Identification Number) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN), which by default is set as MMDDYY.

Staff requiring access to Banner as part of their job, for example, Registration Office, Financial Aid, etc., need access to Banner forms. Please see Email and Accounts section for information on how to request access.
