  • Backup all data stored on your handheld device prior to software installation.
  • You will be contacted by our PC LAN support group to schedule software installation.

If you have administrator rights on your PC:

  • For BlackBerry Users
Backup handheld data, if necessary, then install the most recent version of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager, following the University-specific BlackBerry settings. Additional assistance with the Desktop Manager is available in the program's help files. Blackberry device documentation is available at the Research in Motion website.
  • For OneBridge Users
Backup handheld data, if necessary, then download the installation instructions and the OneBridge Client. Downloading the OneBridge Client requires user authentication with your University Midas user id password. You will not have access to download files until you are notified that your Mobile Notes Group Membership has been activated.

After the installation is complete, read the Mobile Handheld Security and Mobile Notes Access information section. Perform the first synchronization according to the appropriate software documentation.
